This Week At the Market

Thanksgiving is Thursday, November 27th.

  • If you ordered a frozen turkey, you can pick it up at the Market on Saturday, November 22nd.
  • If you ordered a fresh turkey, you can pick it up on Wednesday, November 26th, from 5-7pm in the parking lot at Boscobel.

This week’s program:
Ask Chef Carmela how to cook with winter squash. She’ll provide samples of her Kabocha Squash Bisque, from 10:30am-12:30pm.

After Thanksgiving we move indoors to the Parish Hall at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, at the corner of 9D and Main Street in Cold Spring.

The Indoor Market will continue to offer all your local food wants and needs:
Fresh produce, micro greens, fish, bread, cheese, meat, wine, coffee, baked goods, apples, pasta, olive oil, jam, honey, maple syrup, and more!
