The Development Manager, under the direction of the Board, is responsible for helping to plan and organize the Farmers' Market. Together with the Operations Manager, the Development Manager will be responsible for the operation and supervision of the Market on a weekly basis; the Development Manager will provide onsite supervision for 60% of the Market Saturdays, while the operations manager will do so for the other 40%.
Weekly onsite duties include maintenance and posting of signage, assisting vendors in lot placement, setup and take down of utilities, safety of vendors and patrons, supervision of parking, collection of vendor fees, Market development and general troubleshooting.
The Market season is generally from the last weekend in May through the end of November. The Market is open to the public from 8:30 to 1:30. Schedule includes opening and closing responsibilities of approximately one and one half hours prior to and after Market hours.

Compensation: $6000 range per season, negotiable, with the possibility of a performance-based bonus late in the season as determined by the Committee.
