The Cold Spring Farmers' Market operates on Saturdays from May to October, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.

Located at The Nest, 44 Chestnut Street, Cold Spring, New York, during a typical season the market showcases up to 30 vendors who provide vegetables, fruits, breads, flowers, garden plants, coffee, ice cream, gourmet meats and cheeses, quiches, wines, baked goods, herbal supplements and a cornucopia of other items to the Philipstown area community.
